Hi David, when you download from the site you will be asked a question that you will only know if you have purchased the book. Such as “what is the last word on page 40” Give it a go. ๐Ÿ™‚

As an Executive Protection Professional since 1984 and having worked with a wide variety of principals I offer the folowing. Your ability to provide the information in an understandable and concise format is both a pleasing read and an informative learning format for all levels of protection personnel. A great work that has been need and should have been required decades ago. Nice work. Congratulations on your success at all levels.

Great Reading, I have been a Close Protection Officer in Iraq for 3 years, and still found and use several aspects and ideas in the book.

Thanks, I have been in this industry for over 30 years but still found it to be an enjoyable and informative read. The day I don’t learn anything about this industry is the day I give it up!!

Hi Andy, thanks for your kind comments about the book, there is no membership, however if you want to download forms and things you will need to prove you own the book, you might be asked for the last word on page 400 or something. Thanks again.

    Hello All,
Can anyone recommend a good CP course held in Asia. The only ones I have dug up so far is the Ireland based IBA, who hold one a year in Hong Kong (6 days), and the ISA Academy based in Singapore (20 home study days + 10 at the academy).
    Any advise appreciated.
    Cheers,
    Andy

I am using this book in preparation for a HECP course and already it has increased my confidence and provided a valuable insight into the course content. Before putting theory into practice I now have the opportunity to, “get things straight in my head”, before being faced with carrying out drills as part of a team. I have found it interesting and encouraging and wil continue to use it to work on my skills. A good deal of the advice contained has applications in everybody’s day to day life, such as fitness, stress management, risk assessment and personal security, so I would recommend this book to every english speaking adult in the country.

I bought the book in lieu of doing my CPO course, and I have to say I am enjoying reading it. I have found the down-loadable form quite helpful in putting together my material for potential jobs.
It would be very helpful though if the other forms found in the book were also available for download.
    Thanks for the great book!
